Terms of Sale: Returns are accepted for unopened items only. Any requests for returns must be made 7 days after receipt of product. All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for returning the item to our warehouse. Original shipping charges are not refundable. NOT responsible for typograhical errors related to price, description on this website or any other.

Warranty: All Cruzin' Coolers are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer is responsible for all repairs, recalls, etc. during the warranty period. Abuse and misuse is not covered. Included in the box are details of this warranty.

Back Orders: Some items from time to time will be back ordered and unavailable at time of order. We will let you know if this is the situation. If you accept the order after being informed of the back-order status, the Terms of Sale will apply. You must contact us with the 7 days of placing the order to cancel it or restocking fees may apply.

Returned Payments: If for any reason your payment to us is not honored (returned) you are subject to a $39.00 returned payment charge. In addition, your payment is immediatly due and interest charges may acrue to the maximum allowed by state law.

Rider Safety: Our products are safe but take the same precations as if you were going to ride any off-road vehicle. Wear a helmet, pads, and any other protection you deem necessary. Our products are meant for off-road use only and are not street legal. Any action taken against you while using our product is your responsibility. If you let your children ride our products make sure you are aware of where they are riding and what they are doing. These coolers are not toys - please treat them like any motorized vehicle, especially with your children! Cruzin' Cooler North America is not responsible for injury or death caused by the operation of a Cruzin' Cooler products.
